Heal.Gather.Remember
the beat of your
WILD WOLF HEART

This summer, step into a world where nature, community, and deep transformation come together.

Join us for 4 unforgettable nights in the heart of the Swedish wilderness gathering as a village, a tribe, a family.

Under the endless Nordic sky by a lake, we’ll live off the grid, guided by the wisdom of the land . Rooted in the forest school philosophy, we’ll embrace hands-on learning, deep nature connection, and the art of slowing down.

Imagine mornings will begin with the scent of damp earth, burning herbs & resins  as we gather in circle, breathing with the forest, stretching into the day with yoga and meditation.

Through barefoot explorations, fire-making, cooking over fire and foraging, we’ll rekindle our primal connection to nature—through learning embodied practical skills. Sound healing will echo through the trees, while the meditative strokes of nature art invite stillness, reflection and presence.

One day will be dedicated to a powerful journey of Grof Breathwork, a psychedelic (without substances), non-ordinary state of consciousness experience guided by breath & music. This profound practice will allow you to access deep layers of your psyche, release stored emotions, and awaken insights beyond the thinking mind. Held in a safe and supportive space, with 3 years trained Grof Breath work specialist Basia. This is a real exclusive special offering of this retreat that can help you immensely in your healing journey.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather around the fire, preparing meals together with our hands—chopping, stirring, and sharing stories as flames flicker and embers glow. Cooking over the open fire will be a ritual in itself, a return to simplicity and presence as we nourish both body and spirit with wholesome, grounding food.

We will fire up the Sauna, swim in the clean fresh lake, watch the millions of stars, howl to the moon.

Story telling gazing into the flames of the fire, drums will pulse, voices will rise in song, and music will carry us into the night, creating a sacred space of rhythm, laughter and deep connection.

Day by day we’ll return to a simpler, truer way of being—one that awakens the senses, nourishes the soul, and reminds us of our place in the the great web of life & in the VILLAGE.

The Embodied Village

A lot of people talking about wanting to connect with nature, sustainability & living in community. We offer a taste of this, an actual REAL, hands on the earth, embodiment of THE VILLAGE.

This is not a retreat, where things are done for you. This is a gathering where you are a part fully a part of the experience. This is a return to the body, to the instinctual knowing of what it means to live in connection—with the land, with each other, with the elements. Together, we step into the pulse of the village, where every action is a felt experience, every moment an opportunity to drop deeper into presence, into belonging.

The Connection —it’s something we feel. It’s the warmth of fire on our skin, the rhythm of hands working together, the scent of woodsmoke curling into the air.

Fire-making is not just about lighting a flame; it’s the crackle of dry bark in our hands, the focused breath coaxing embers to glow, the primal satisfaction of warmth spreading through our fingertips.

Cooking over flames is not just about nourishment; it’s about presence—feeling the weight of the knife, the textures of food, the shared rhythm of preparation. Preparing the food sharing knowledge & stories.

Tarin will share his nutritional recipes, we are sure you have great things to share aswell!

Foraging awakens our senses, guiding us to read the land, listen with our bodies, and trust our instincts.

You will be expected to help

  • collect fire wood

  • Making fire

  • Community cooking (see the schedule)

  • Washing up (your own plates & cutlery)

  • Foraging (with guidance)

These are not just tasks—they are pathways back to ourselves. By engaging fully, we reclaim ancestral wisdom, strengthen our resilience, and rediscover the deep satisfaction of living in harmony with nature and each other.

The Team of Facilitators

Ebba - Yoga Teacher, Space Holder & Ritualist

I’m Ebba, a devoted yogi, retreat leader, and aspiring forest school guide from Sweden, now based in East London with my partner and two children. My journey with yoga and healing began in 2010, leading me across the world to explore movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, shamanism, and the deep wisdom of nature.

My teaching blends Hatha, Prana Vinyasa, Breathwork, and sound healing, infused with my passion for ceremony, dance, and embodiment practices. I’ve led over 25 life-transforming retreats across Ibiza, Thailand, Morocco, Sweden, and beyond, I feel very called to creating memorable experience along side self exploration.

Rooted in my Forest School training, I weave nature into my work—guiding others to rewild, remember, and return home to themselves. Whether through yoga, circles, or deep nature immersion, my intention is to hold space for transformation, joy, and belonging.

Eating & Cooking Workshops at the Wolf Gathering

Cooking, eating, and sharing are at the heart of Wolf Heart Gatherings. Living wild means eating wild—crackling fires, the rich aroma of roasting nuts, and the vibrant colors of fresh, live foods. It’s about relearning how to nourish ourselves naturally.

In our primal past, our diet centred on leaves, nuts, seeds, and fruits—nutrient-dense foods that require less consumption than grains or meats. As your body adapts, digestion becomes more efficient, your stomach returns to its natural size, and growth hormones balance. With movement and mindful eating, your body strengthens, your confidence grows, and one day—you wake a super-hero-warrior wizard.

Daily Eating Flow:

  • Morning: A nourishing, hearty brunch will be prepared for you so you can ease into the day.

  • Afternoon: Healthy snacks will be served to keep you energised.

  • Evening: We gather to cook together—chopping, mixing, and tending the fire, with the scent of spices curling into the air. Interactive Wild Cooking.

We’ll explore recipes built around nuts, seeds, and legumes, drawing inspiration from street foods across five continents. Cooking is a communal experience—experimenting, learning, and taking home a taste of nature to weave into daily life.

Q & A

- What's the best travel route from London? Take a morning flight to Copenhagen, then book direct train (goes every hour, you buy tickets in a machine at the airport. Or online on www.sj.se Then after 2,20 h direct train you arrive to Vaxjo station where we will pick you up.

- Will it be transfer included from Vaxjo station? YES! But if you arrive late at night we won't be able to pick you up, taxi is a about 60 £ or buss 350, several buses per hour.

Is the food vegan? Most of our food is vegan however there will be eggs in the morning and a bit of cheese. If you want to eat vegan we will make sure there is a lot of yumminess to choose from!

- How do we shower/wash/brush our teeth?  You will shower in the lake, we will have a sauna so hopefully that make it a bit easier& pleasant to jump in the refreshing water! We have water tanks for brushing teeth, washing & drinking water. Don't drink lake water!

- Where do we go to the toilet? For number 2 we have a cute compost toilet for number 1 we do wild wees and remember to bring the toilet paper to the bin.

- If I am new to forest school, breath work, yoga & everything else offered can I still come?  Absolutely we will adapt the practices so experienced people can feel like they learn and get challenged and people with no experience feel they can enjoy learning without feeling intimidated. We are a tribe living here, helping each other.

- Where do I charge my phone? We have NO electricity, NO wifi which your nervous system will feel instantly! We advise you to NOT use the phone at all during this time, to deeply connect and realise how much the screens effect our psyche. If you need to charge, to be able to get home :)  we advise to bring a power bank.

- Who is this for? This gathering is for those who seek to deepen their connection with nature, learn new skills, and grow on a spiritual level. It is an opportunity for like-minded individuals to come together, explore meaningful practices, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and the natural world.

Experience Magic in mystical Deep Forest of Sacred Viking Land

How off the grid is the Wolf Heart Gathering?

Phones_

We encourage unplugging as much as possible to fully immerse yourself in the experience. While you’re free to use your phone if necessary, we ask that you keep it away from communal spaces to maintain presence and respect other peoples silence.

Studies show that even a quick glance at your phone can interrupt your flow state, taking up to 8 minutes to regain focus. Disconnecting helps reduce stress, improve mindfulness, and deepen connections with those around you.

If you’d like to capture moments, a communal content phone is available, and all photos will be shared afterward. And don’t forget—keep some battery for the journey home! If you feeling nervous about not having enough battery, bring a power bank.

We also have a brilliant Leica Camera to use for taking pictures.
